Er6f — Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the er6f platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the er6f platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.

Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services offered. er6f reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage user pending verification.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the er6f platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their account details should any changes occur.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. er6f will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. er6f is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are prohibited from using the er6f platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or impair the platform's functionality by any technical means is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the er6f platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). er6f accepts deposits via local Malaysian payment methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, and supported online banking. er6f is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their er6f account are from a legitimate source and belong to them. er6f reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to verify.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to er6f's internal compliance review. er6f reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or incomplete identity verification is detected. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated in the platform's guidelines.
Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or breach of these terms shall be voided, and er6f reserves the right to confiscate such winnings and close the account involved.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Er6f Liability Limits
Er6f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from betting, service disruptions, data loss, or device damage. er6f's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Account Suspension & Closure
Er6f reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with er6f's standard withdrawal policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the er6f platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of er6f and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from er6f.
Third-Party Links
The er6f platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. er6f is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own separate terms and conditions, independent of er6f's terms.
5. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the er6f platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
